What with my having seen another trailer for it (and the subsequent desire to blow my brains out), I am now officially jumping on the "I hate it" bandwagon. Damn you Bollywood!! Damn you to Hell!!!
Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly in favor of Bollywood remaking an already awesome movie, but... the trailer doesn't exactly show enough information for one to conclude that they've already "got it all wrong." Get more info on the plot before jumping on the "I hate it" bandwagon.

wow this movie looks as if it is simply going to suck!.. its just borrowed the name and the violence of the original masterpiece and thats it.... judging by the trailer there is little or absolutely no social commentary that the original offered, it was about unattainable goals that society forces onto people via the media, advertising etc. the fights were a means of liberating yourself... rather than the mindless violence on display here.
Because some of us like the book and the original movie, come on here to find videos on them, and instead find this pile of crap. We think, at least I do, that it's funny and disgusting at the same time. Come on, GODSMACK! Hahaha!

I bet Chuck Palahniuk let Bollywood have the rights to his book just so that he could laugh at the travesty they'd make. Seriously though, you know you've made a shitty movie when you use Godsmack as the music for your trailer, and not for comedic purposes either.
O and american hollwood and other western films havent ripped off asian movies before. Does movies like the ring (ringo) or the grudge (ju on) ring a bell? Both japanese flicks ripped off by hollywood. There is alot more japanese and korean movies that hollywood has ripped off of which i'm sure most americans are clueless about. Bottom line is bollywood and hollywood both play dirty. The only difference is hollywood has done it more often.
