Where does Intel come up with these stupid names.. MeeGo? Just like their other failed attempt to hit the direct consumer marker with Home Theater PC called "VIIV". Their marketing folks need to get out more often and engage in real life instead of live in their enclosed world. This is just as bad as Nokia's TACO talking N-GAGE.
hi man, i just took that link from the forums, when the newer version comes out (media player, browser with flash... ) can u please post a video on how to get it on the n900 .
there is a lot os empty space in the bottom bar, hope nokia fix it by making the contents in it(icons) scrollable, and fill up the whole bar with icons
Hey man, the N900 doesn't support multitouch. And thats about all there is in terms of functionality. There's not much to it at the moment but as soon as an updated version comes out I'll install it.
@simongie Theoretically, it is possible to implement multitouch on N900, though it'd be much harder without the use of hierarchy (multitouch w. hierarchy - Apple patented).
What he asked was multitasking - to see how the application switching looks like. That would have been nice to see, though it's probably nothing special there either ^^
Ok understood. There's not much to see by way of application switching because they aren't really any applications yet. All the icons are just there for show at the moment. As soon as they release a new build I'll post it.
@simongie Me Personally I Like The Swirl Zoom Feature Much More Than Pinch To Zoom Because Its More Comfortable Doing It With One Hand And It 's Alot Less Mainstream So When People See It They Get More Intigued.
