I hope to be back next year for the Shelter Vertical Rush event. It's only 42 floors; peanuts. I do 102 (an Empire State Building) on the evil stepper at the gym...
These are great videos for those who don't live here and want a better idea of what it's like here - London is the best city in the world! Just one thing - you nearly had it right - Tower 42/Nat West is the second tallest in London - the tallest being One Canada Square at 235m I believe. I remember very well the IRA bombing the Nat West - I only lived down the road at the time. The IRA did a lot of damage to the City back in the early 90's. :)
@kwaichi no problem :) - my husband works in Tower 42 and yes, it has great views. :) Many people, especially outside of London, wouldn't understand the subtle difference between The City and Docklands which is why I clarified. :) But you are quite right - in the small area of The City, it is indeed the tallest (and imo, the best!) :)

City of London is a borough in London. Canary wharf is in the docklands. Thanks for the feedback though. it's most appreciated :)
