I think you either need to lay down a little drive before the adrenalinn pedal or maybe the amp model he's talking about in the description. I don't know for sure, I don't have the pedal. cause i know what you're talking about, that kinda piercing almost-squeak tone, right? It sounds just like he put a TS808 or something in his sequence before the arpegiator

I'm only using the Adrenalinn III, no OD's or amp models.

It's indeed an arpeggiator effect possible on all Adrenalinn's with different presets.
