have donwloaded 5/6 movies not sure on exact figure, everyone of them freezes when watching the movie. then speeds up to catch up.. also many movies that i would like to preview before downloading wont work... i have email many times and have had a technician contact me, still no results. i also have been billed a month in advance for this service... not happy
