I've got a question. How do u do that Rayne can bite at distance? I've got a problem with this level.

It's called Ghost Feed. You have to acquire that power, which I think you should already have once you made it to this level. I'm playing on PS2 in the video. It's either left, left or right, right on my controller. I can't remember which.
