Brilliant recipe, soooo easy to make and the result is GREAT. I use this recipe as a basis for a veggy curry, adding roughly chopped toms, green pepper and onions for the last 5 mins of cooking to ensure nice crunchy texture. Any more recipes you've done ?
Your dishes are amazing! why don't ou post some more? All the cooking i know is from the internet and geting good recipes is like so much trial n error that you give up at the end! Its a shame when good chefs like you have only a few videos, i do not prefer books! Thanks a whole lot though!
Olive oil in Indian cooking? are you insane? Mustard oil has the same heat inducing qualities, and a better flavour. As for the health aspect! Don't believe the hype.
can u tell me y u used that some s* olive oil and then butter as well??? if u want simple jus put that stuff in that indian pressure cooker n jus cook it with that stuff oil n butter...

no, curry powder is browny yellow, turmeric is bright yellow...i actually hate the smell of turmeric when you open the box - it hits you strong in the lungs - lol
YES!!I agree.. the butter, cumin, curry leaf are vital to this dish, and fry fry or boojo boojo heheee.
Well I do the exact same thing! Precook potatoes, I cut them up though after I baked them in the microwave.and do the same as you and then served it withmassive tandori salmon filet (added thick sliced onions, tomatoe, and baked in oven uncovered (I dont use recipe books, just brought up with trad indian food like most of us indians, GO SHAAN!! Can you open a branch in New Zealand?? Please!!
Hello! the recipe looks great, greetings!, but i have one question: are the potatoes cooked before you add them into the frying pan? i assume they are, and im sure you explain this on the video, but i don't know english enough to catch everything, thank you!
I never thought potatoes could taste so nice, with mine I added boiled spinach at the end to make it a sag aloo. Lovely Jubbly were onto a winner here Rodders.
Hey - I watched this as a video response to Gordon Ramsey asking for people who need help in their kitchen .. you don't fit into that category! I'd say you're a better cook, better looking and better mannered than that old tart - you should be on TV.
...and they were lovely :D I would like to try one of your fish dishes. May combo them with a Goan Fish Curry I know, OR, just look at your other recipes. Any more videos coming? I would love one for a chicken chat.
Yes, I have one. Tandori salmon.. Its very yummy, but you have the oven!!! Add butter before cooking it compliments the fish. We get heaps of salmon in New Zealand, and mussels. Oh and my fav.. lamb rogan josh.. shaan way please!!
