  • you are wickedly strange on how open and sociable you are as other chefs are so straight and so irritating

  • Excellent! I'm going to try this today as an accompaniment to a curry I'm cooking. Great delivery too, no nonsense. Thanks for this recipe!

  • Brilliant recipe, soooo easy to make and the result is GREAT. I use this recipe as a basis for a veggy curry, adding roughly chopped toms, green pepper and onions for the last 5 mins of cooking to ensure nice crunchy texture. Any more recipes you've done ?

    Youtube rules though

  • YES!!I agree.. the butter, cumin, curry leaf are vital to this dish, and fry fry or boojo boojo heheee.

Well I do the exact same thing! Precook potatoes, I cut them up though after I baked them in the microwave.and do the same as you and then served it withmassive tandori salmon filet (added thick sliced onions, tomatoe, and baked in oven uncovered (I dont use recipe books, just brought up with trad indian food like most of us indians, GO SHAAN!! • Hello! the recipe looks great, greetings!, but i have one question: are the potatoes cooked before you add them into the frying pan? i assume they are, and im sure you explain this on the video, but i don't know english enough to catch everything, thank you!

  • I never thought potatoes could taste so nice, with mine I added boiled spinach at the end to make it a sag aloo. Lovely Jubbly were onto a winner here Rodders.

  • Hey - I watched this as a video response to Gordon Ramsey asking for people who need help in their kitchen .. you don't fit into that category! I'd say you're a better cook, better looking and better mannered than that old tart - you should be on TV.

  • About to make these for the 3rd time in a week. Oh I love them. WOuld love to try yours though, see just how its meant to be done.
