Boog, Fizz, and Raz felt that they weren't be treated right, and they didn't feel as if they deserved it, so they left from under Chris management. Omarion decided to stay, so they are now doing their own things.

If you watch B2K the Break Up, you will get a lot out of it. In part 3,4,and 5, they really get to the point.
