@franticUK001 how come u feel like crap? Ur a really good drummer. there is alot of ppl who want that talent. Which i do have a talent for which is awsome :D. Keep it up. follow ur dreams
@angeriod Hahah. No I meant I was feeling ill... And playing the drums makes me feel better! :) Cheers for the great comment though. Thank you. Appreciated.
what kind of Sennheiser headphones are they? what is the model? liked the video. Td-20 drums are amazing. really nice kit. i liked the drm n bass groove.
@chowin52 I have cheapo HD202's great bass response and excellent with the drums, and also have far more expensive HD215's for studio work, drumming and DJing. Both sets are really good on the kit.
Don't feel like crap, you have the most amazing weapon against sadness...A Roland TD-20!!!
Women, career, family, friends, and little sons of fat bitches doing funny jokes about your weigh are totally and forgettable and worthless if you have this drum!!!
@ipown109 Hi, thanks, your comment is really appreciated. Afraid I have had no experience on Alesis kits or heads. Although I have read that the DM6 is a nice kit. It's comparable to the Original TD6, but better. You'll enjoy it alot!
@gijsplay1 Cheers, appreciated. Hmmm yes, I agree they are not cheap, but then again you can pay double (£10k+) for a top of the range Tama kit, or a DW kit! and thats without cymbals! :)
@paparoxrdgenx They are awesome! The old Iron Cobra's I had are absolutely no comparison! The longer boards on the Speedcobra's make doubling so much easier, and the speed of the things is amazing. And I am not that good at doubling, but I am getting better. Well worth the money. The attack on the things is brillinat on accoustic as well as on the Roland mesh pad. Try-em before you buy-em. You'll be sold. :)
@franticUK001 thanks a lot man yah im still deciding on weather the dw 8000 double pedals or the speed cobras but when i get enough money ill try them both out and go from there thanks a lot on the response
@franticUK001 yah i tried out the 8000s a couple months ago and personally liked them better then the 9000s i was kind of shocked though but i still never tried the speed cobras and i am dying to try them
You have a nice groove, full of notes, nice playing.
Maybe you could try not to use too much effect (hall, reverb and stuff like that), bet you'll sound even better. And try to improve that RIDE sound, ti looks like a bell or something... haha
But, hey man, what the hell! I'm just a bass player... Cheers from Brazil!
@gustavoviana2 Thanks man appreciated. Yes the reverb is on the kit, not really messed with the settings much, but I usually turn off reverb effects when I recording in the studio. The sound is just coming through my studio monitors, and I was actually purposely playing the bell on the ride! Just a Bass player, heheh, playing bass is hard, what do I know I'm just a drummer... LOL
@dantheman9856 Yep, funk surely is funk. Not sure what the rest of your comment means, I am kind of "not spoilt" for choice with the standard play-along patterns on the TD-20, so just chose those to play along to for a bit of grooving! Cheers for taking the time to watch and comment.
@hasitolindo Sorry when I said "yes it is very nice", it sounded a bit "Yeah I know" but what I meant is that the TD20KX is a really nice kit. Lovely to play and great range of settings for the kits. It's a really nice kit, I am glad I got it. But a bit pricey! But then again it is Roland! They're never cheap!
@kanedan123 Thanks for the comment. I think my playing could be better, heheh, but still getting used to the kit. I got the kit on the Roland Harmony deal, 3 years interest free credit. But the lot (without pedals and throne) was £5400. The Speedcobra was £300 and the throne £120. Roland Harmony is available in loads of good music stores. I got mine from Dawsons Music Manchester.
That TD-20 soundS so fucking awesome!!!

not bad, but funk is funk. Funk drumming is broken and groove oriented with a lot of solid hits more than jazz fills.
