If Kar Kui was still alive, it's perfectly OK for Lam to dedicate this song to his deceased friend Roman Tam alone. However, as Kar Kui is no longer with us, it feels a little bit disrespectful and inappropriate on Lam's part not to mention Kar Kui as well. Maybe they are not good friends, I don't know. I'm not a Beyond fan but I like Lam and love Jacky. This is just how I feel after watching this clip. By the way, I'm not too keen on this version. Sorry, Lam! You have better songs than this!

1. He "screamed" this song too hard that his emotions sound fake.

2. He dedicated this song to Roman without mentioning Ka Kui??? Why didn't he use Roman's songs then?

Koma 's version have a more energetic and young feelings, like a young teenager chasing his own dream. However, Lam's version is more of a guy who went through a lot problems and reflecting his dream or his life. Koma's version may be more appealing because there are more people who experience the time where nobody understands them while chasing their dream. However, not many of us have reach to a point in life where there are lots of stuff to reflect on.
