When I bought them from ebay, the seller didn't gve me that kind of information of what they are made of. They seems like a soft, feather like texture, but at the same time firm for nail designs. I'm not sure what kind of nail art brushes are the best, but again I bought mine for $7 on ebay, so they might not be the BEST, but they get the job done nicely.
what kind of bristles do those brushes have? are they nylon? what kind of bristles are best for nail art?

I just dip them in my nail polish remover, and then wipe the excess nail polish with a cotton.
