The thing was, Ali had a physco twin named Courtney who was actually in an insana hospital and some how she snuck out, well the caught Ali instead of Courtney. Ali is still trapped in the hospital because they think she is Courtney

Lucas was visiting her the light before and he had his little temper tantram about Hanna not wanting him and it said "Sorry for getting so upset" or something along those lines.
