  • Hello! I really like your advices about how to fix the times to prepare for and to go jogging. Is there a video as well what to consider while jogging? I often have the impression that I jog 'wrongly' (breathing with open moth sometimes, back isn't straight, legs/feet movements etc.). Is it advicable to drink exactly before running?

    I've started to run this week and if I was hindered it was often also because of the weather conditions.

  • Thank you for this video. I've been jogging on and off with my best friend who lives a good distance from me. Thats not very good for me. However, there is a path down the street that i think i'll try starting next week. :)

  • thank you for this information! Since it is spring, I have been wanting to wake up and start my day with some fresh air and exercise. I'm sure like everyone else - it is SO hard to get out of bed early. With this info, I really feel motivated!! thank you! Can't wait for your next video!

  • I used to so it that way...I stoped because I alwaYs felt so exhausted afterwards.maybe I did too much!I thought if i don't go at least 4 Miles its Not worth it.

  • @BeeBeeLovesMikka You gotta eeeeeeeeeeeease into it.

    You can do 4 miles if you want, but maybe walk 80% of it the first day, jog 20% of it.

    The next day, walk 75% the next day and so on :) Your body will tell you when it's ready to run.

  • @zjaz10 LOL it's the lighting. It always does that to my face because I am sitting at an angle to the light. Why would I do that to myself and record it LOL XD you made me giggle :D

  • Last night I was googling how to start off jogging, they didn't have anywhere near as good tips as you do!!! I must admit that I did plan on starting today but at 6am when my alarm went off it was still pitch dark outside and my bed just seemed like a more fun place to be! Thanks anyway as you have given me loads of motivation now and I will just bash on through in the darkness and get super fit just like you!!! :) xx

  • @loz865 You gotta get up! Don't think about it. If you do, the bed always wins. I tell you from experience. Getting out of bed is the hardest part!

I love 2 go walking or jogging outside but there isn't really a good place 2 go nearby & I live in an apartment complex where there are always strange men working or hanging around, so I don't feel comfortable walking/running around here. Do u ever encounter this? Do u have any tips on dealing w/ creepers? Lol I know it sounds funny but I don't trust strange men, cause I've had a bad experience w/ a stalker & had 2 get a restraining order :( I would li

  • I need atleast 7 to 8 hours or I cannot function. I have such a hard time when my alarm rings in the morning. I have had to make myself get up, go to the restroom and splash cold water on my face. I love to run outside because it is way more challenging than running on the treadmill and I feel like I get more of a workout. I love your inner voice that tells you to get out of bed! Lol. I just bought a new pair of Asics and they are awesome! My Nike's were giving me shin splints.

  • @LetitiaLaura Go to bed so that you get 9 hours of sleep! If not, every night, every 2 nights :)

  • @IrisVlogging I have been trying and the days I do get the sleep has really, really helped. I have been wanting to weigh in to see if I have lost, but I decided to only weigh in once a week. I don't want to get obsessed with the numbers on the scale.
