  • did France use the Screen Gems s from hell logo too??

  • This is my most favorite version of the "Bewitched" theme. Thanks for posting this..

  • @dma124 I like this version of the end theme, too. I think they should have kept it for the whole run of the series.

  • Interesting variation on the closing credits in this 1964 episode. Credit is given for the "dubbing crew"...but where is Sol Saks' "Created By" credit? The "animated" Samantha is shown more prominently here than her U.S. counterpart- that corner, incidentally, was originally reserved for the "sponsor's logo" in initial broadcasts.....

  • The way that american TV shows were dubbed in France in those days, ending credits were created to fit every episode from the series. This was done for economy purpose. Those credits never mention additional casting nor technical crew that can possibly change from one episode to the next. So, all the time, we get the unique "fits all episode" ending credit. I understand, though, that Sol Saks should have been included inside that French credit. They missed on that one.

  • In the color episodes French ending credits, the "animated" Samantha is in the left bottom corner like in the original english version but she stays right through the end of the music. (instead of disappearing in the middle of the theme)
