try to use (if you can get it)Frigid armor and and congure frost. You will avoid being set on fire and do extra damage with an icy weapon.I made sure my heroes had extinguish and dismiss conditions. Always kill the sparks first and set your heroes on "guard" to avoid attacking the wrong foes. You want to make sure you don't just hack and slash. Make sure you kill the fist of titans before moving on to the big titans. Also try using "winter" for extra cold damage especially for fire elementalists

I actually made a second headpiece with Lightning magic on it for my Ele so that I could switch to an Air build for this mission (Also helps against destroyers.) The main thing you have to know is the kill order for monsters. Sparks>Hands>Fists>Risen>Titan­s.

if you have an elite and capture an elite, you can use them both, but once the mission is over, one is dropped

Why is everyone insulting the fact that I was an MM when I specifically stated that I was going in for Aura of the Lich and we just so happened to finish the Mission+Bonus.

What's more, this was before Factions was released so alot of the skills and combos you ppl suggest weren't available at the time.

I went in for an elite, and came out with mission complete.

OMFG! i attempted Hells, decent party, got a leaver bout half way thru, but go tto the lich...killed him, but he healed to almost max health at the final blow, summoned 4 hand/fist of titan things, and lag got us all killed. this common, or is it a very nasty bug?

he ressurects 3 times, and summons thoose fists, kill them first, then kill the lich ;)

he isnt ressurcetd 3 times you idiot. you have to kill him at the center of his platform. if you do not he is ressurcetd along with the titens.

im up to Hells on my ranger. u got any ideas as to which heros i should take, or which profession of guildies i should request? so far im thinking of a water ele, 2 monks, a tank, but i need some more. suggestion from other ppl will be also appreciated

Ok, a couple of things to consider when doing this mission, since this was my MM who was originally just going in for AotL. First, you need to either minimize or convert your fire damage cause these things are hella resistance to fire damage. One idea that has always stuck is have a Ranger carry winter in, turning all nukers to cold dmg which does more damage to the Titans.

You could then also have everyone carry Mantra of Ice (Mesmer Inspiriation skill) which will give mana back to the perp.

Great video! Really well made, hardly any lag at all at what looks like highest quality (you must have a good computer!) I like the narration commentary thing between scenes. I remember my days trying that mission with a PUG. So many incompetent parties, but we got it eventually! Keep up the good work!

quality wouldn't mean anything....gamecam is just that good and thankfully youtube couldn't distort it....i too am surprised at the no lag with recording....i try to record with Xfire and there's always a spurt of lag

I agree, even a LT vamp build would be better on this mission and they are simply unsuited for a boss mission, I would recommend an SS or SV build

This is actually one of the few missions I ever had trouble with on all my RP characters for a very simple reason: I play a FIRE nuker and a MINION MASTER necro. And everything here has fire dmg reduction and almost never leaves a corpse...
