the expansion pack will contain 5 new playable characters and an old character i figured it would be duncan playable not sure tough will find out in march it will have new skills spells plots a whole new area map and all and u need to finish the game before u can tap in to the expansion -.- but i finished it and u can until 16th of march it will ahve this a skeletar or spectre dragon a magma golem 5 new chars an old char new skills new spells thats all i found out about now good luck everyone

Its not Duncan. Old character is Oghren. Duncan got killed remember ? If u died u will start as a Grey Warden from Orlei or place like that. If u slept with Morrigan you get to continue playing with ur old char and the story continues.

u can play on when you finish the game go to saves and go to the save thats highest on the list the most recent 1 its a totally new safe if u click it go in it it will say some stuff that u can still go on on ure adventures but only the premium contents and they are making a new expension pack and that says after the arch demon died u go on with youre story and you find a new darkspawn leader a talking darkspawn so a whole new game like dragonage 2 and it will come out in march the 16th
Just beat this game and damn was it epic. A beuatifully told story with so many branching paths and possibilities. My choices were different than yours, My character had a romance with both Morrigan and Leliana. I liked Morrigan better though, shady as she was, but it was tough choosing one over the other. In my ending it said Morrigan truly missed my character. Leliana joined me on my travels for a time as well it said. I really liked the way my story played out in the end. Awesome game!
mine was pretty much the same. i remember it saying that morrigan was spotted with a child (mine supposedly) and the ring i wore gave feelings of sorrow and regret from morrigan for leaving me. idk for sure but i think the situation with leliana was the same. ive never felt so connected with a game before. i'd replay it again for a different ending but it took so long i think ill just wait till all the endings are posted on youtube. or at least most of them. idk if they will ever have them all.
if u think about in some endings it says morrigan went to orlais after she was last seen travaling the frostback mountains and dragon age awakening is set in orlais and it says that u can also import your warden that u made in dragon age origins into dragon age awakening so this could be the expansion where we will finally be able to find morrigan beacuse bioware claim that we have not seen the last of morrigan

not if you make the deal with morrigan or if you let alistair kill the archdemon i think you can let loghain kill it aswell because he wanted to die as a hero before the truth of what happened at ostagar slipped out the ending just leaves me begging for a sequal and i got teary eyed at the ending even playing as a bad guy the ending is so sad, awesome at the same time one of the best games ive ever played

I think Morrigan's plan is to raise the child with the essence of the old god, then follow what her mother had done to so many others to retain her beauty. Of course in this case..she may be as powerful as a god...yikes
I played with Noble Dwarf, and you had the possibility to become the King of Orzammar yourself at the end if you wanted to, but only if you elected Harrowmont I think. Noble Dwarf origin was pretty interesting and people should try it.
WHAT? Casteless Dwarf is fucking win. You become a Paragon if you accepted Morrigan's deal. Also, Pretty much everyone loved me. Casteless made my eyes teary.
Pretty much, i was working for Bhelin and after i got the Crown i thought, ah fuck it lets leave with them in a mindfuck orgy, so i elected Harrowmont.
She asks to sleep with alister in a DARK ritual to save you both from dying by allowing the spirt of the arch demon to go in her and alisters baby but i'm not sure if i like the idea of her walking around with a arch demon baby
The spirit is destroyed, only the soul of the ancient god remains without the darkspawn taint. He'll grow up just morally fine like any other child just gifted with "God-like," characteristics perhaps?
tnx for ths ending ..i was a bit curious..i chose to be king instead of alistair ..so he left me and i got loughain ..and at the battle with the archdemon i chose laughain to sacrifice so he can redeem himself . also ..i didn't agree with morrigan's ritual ..pretty much the same. and in the ending with me king ..i could have a last talk with the companions. pax
Still, I went for the ritual. Morrigan clearly is up to something, but as I killed the creature with the esence of the old god once, I'm sure I could do this a second time i there would be such a need. Alister lives, I live.
BTW I don't know if there is such an option with diffrent classes but as a mage I could ask Alister to restore circle of magi freedom. Pretty cool.

If morrigan likes you enough, she gives a ring that keeps the two of you still connected. It said that "Every now and then you felt her presence and felt her sorrow and regret. She left to the frostback mountains and rumored was with child" or something like that.
I realized something. If you are a female noble, you can't live with Allistair as King and Queen. You can't have morrigan save you as you're a woman, and Allistair or you has to die. Sucks to be her I guess.
That's funny, my Morrigan ending is different from yours even though everything else is the same. Including sacrificing myself and not partaking in the ritual and what i did to the other locations.
Mine says how she went but there were rumors that she had been the lover of "player character" and how there were rumors that she carried a child but the father is unknown.

It's kind of a bummer that you have to either die or sleep with Morrigan. It's generally not appropriate for a nobleman to sleep with a witch.....

Depends. If you're a male human noble, you can agree to marry Anora, and become king yourself. Otherwise, Anora will rule alone.
Plus there's the fact that Joshua here refused to take part in Morrigan's ritual, which allows both you and Allistair to survive.
