I do not mean that he was a humanist in a religious sense. @mezzetin1 I have no doubt that some of his best work was ahead of him---I love his work from these sessions--Nobody Told Me--Borrowed Time, Steppin Out, ect. Had Yoko not horned in and split the two albums John would have had a very solid solo album! VERY solid indeed. Also, is it me but does anyone else hear a bit of Dear Prudence in this song??/

What's interesting most to me, is Barbara Walters introduced the clip in Feb, 1981, saying she was allowed at Yoko's request to air the clip only once, and it was a labor of love from an in Grief Yoko at that time, but I wonder why she stipulated such a mandate, as here you can see it stands up to repeat viewings

@MerseySky Yoko goes out of her way to protect her family, her daughter, son, and step son, by writing to the parole board everytime Chapman comes up for parole and she tells them not to let this guy out because he's not fit to re-enter society. He says that he's a "born again christian" but there's nothing that's very christ in killing a man who was a peace activist and her child's father. :(
