  • This is honestly the first time I've seen a "chef" who was so much like Adam from Northern Exposure. Also, chefs don't tend to touch their faces like at 3:37. For the ladyfinger biscuits, it's best to use a dipping container with a wider opening. Topping with another layer of biscuits? Shredded Hershey's chocolate (which barely lives up to the name chocolate) instead of cocoa? The madness!

  • Did you use cream cheese instead of mascarpone? I love cream cheese but isn't that too thick?
