He restarted the song because there was a lot of feedback on his guitar that isn't shown in this video. It took 2-3 minutes to get it corrected but when he started the song, you could still hear the feedback.

@EarleBrown Nothing like technical difficulties to screw with your live performances. I was watching Warren across town this night. he had some tech issues as well. His Ceasar Daiz amp blew during one song and snapped a string in another song.

Thanks ChesterCopperPot5- great upload. You are so good at finding these clips. I miss them. I usually see them every year since 2005 but this year they're not touring.
