Back in 2004, when they made this Commercial, obviously they made this Commercial in hopes of the Red Sox winning the World Series(As they did) before they could have showed it on TV.

Being a Red Sox Fan, that Night after The Red Sox finally won, I felt like something I never felt like before.

Jiltedin2007, this commercial first aired after my Red Sox came back from down 3 games to 0 against the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS. It's a GREAT ad and a testimate to the faith of Red Sox fans who saw this moment and Red Sox fans (like my grandfather) who NEVER saw this moment.

Indeed, 1prouddemocrat, I highly agree with you.  It was My Father who got me into Red Sox Baseball, and being the fact that My Father was 66 Years Old when the Red Sox finally won it in 2004, he was 100 times more Overjoyed than I ever could be.

Being that I was 42 years old at that time, I swear to you, I was on Cloud 9 back then, and it took me A Month to finally get down To Earth. And now that they have won two World Series Championships since 1918, now I can really die A Happy Man!

It's really heart-attractive commercial. At that time, I saw several redsocks fans show tears when they saw this commercial. It took really long time for them to see the victory.
