  • @MrGodscape I'm 13 and I weigh SOOO much!!!! I've got a friend who LOOKS fat, but doesn't weigh much at all. It's just that you need to build more muscle to get rid of the fat.

  • Dude, this formula looks weird. I calculated it for myself (age 30, weight 178 cm, 95 kg in weight)- and it tells me my BMR rate is 7000 calories. That's really weird, cause you know I like to eat a lot, but not that much. Cause from what I know the default calory intake for average man is around 3000 calories MAX. Smth. is definitely wrong with your "formula".

    hey bro actually ur BMR is 2053.5 (well at least what i understood) and this is how much you burn, and you get this BMR and multiply it by your activity level (e.g. BMR x 1.55 = 3182.9 cals) then after your activity level you cut 15-20% and this is what works (2705.47 cals)...again this is what i understood...let me know if im wrong..
