I also didn't hear anything abt Holodomor Memorial. He did refer to some kind of memorial as "someplace" but not because it wasn't a tragedy. Trust me, we all remember and honor victims and heroes of 30's and 40's. Putin is laughing at grotesque politics of Ukrainian and Georgian presidents.

cuz an election is coming up in 2010 and tymoshenko is being strategic. unlike the 04 ukrainian election, the prospect of an orange revolution is divided and dead cuz yushenko is trailing badly in the polls. the pro kremlin/russia candidate yanukovich is in the lead. ukraine is realizing that it needs russia more than ever b4. thus, tymonshenko is playing up to the electorate.
