I recall seeing ‘Goldfinger’ my first Bond film when a teenager. There was nothing like it. It was like out of this world then, awesome from beginning to end, the high tech devices, evil characters, beautiful girls including stunning Shirley Eaton (a short part as she dies painted in gold!) -and of course Shirley Bassey singing this song with such power and drama! Man it just blew me away! SB's an example that you can keep on singing for decades if you look after your voice. She remains a Diva.
