I wish the people who are so for the people who committ these murders would remember the victims. Not everyone who had a bad upbringing go around murdering people. And if these people want a second cahnce--- those who do that really WANT to change will seek out help. They are fortunate to get the opportunity if they wish because more than the poor victims get.
