I know Big Show was feeling so confident coming into the WWF. Being at the top of the food chain back in WCW and coming into the WWF already a main eventer but what could have been a promising and fruitful career in the WWF was ruined by The Rock in a matter of minutes.

@Geolink2349 - Big Show was WWF's biggest acquisition during the Monday Night Wars. Especially after losing Diesel, Bret Hart & Razor Ramon to WCW. HBK getting injured. The Giant was a former WCW champion, probably the only sort of Top Guy in WCW to come to the WWF (Jericho/Beniot were mid-card until Vince made them Champions). Big Show definitely played his part to make WWF the better company and him and The Rock's feuds were always fucking entertaining.

Man, the attitute era was simply unparalleled. Every night was pure entertainment. Just this promo made me miss this era so much. The trash talking, no holds barred, shocking entertainment every night, and the creative storylines were awesome as well. Plus you got probably some of the greatest wrestlers/entertainers/storylines ever in Stone Cold, The Rock, HBK, HHH, DX, Mankind, Show, Jericho, Benoit, Angle... the list goes on and on.
@southmatic Yeah ultimate face....except that they chanted rocky sucks at him and booed him continuously until Backlash. He only got pops in this segment because they hate the Big Show even more.
@southmatic - He was still a heel being the corporate champion actually (thats why they booed), but the crowd cheered for the lesser of two evils and liked the rock over Big Show. Gotta admit I loved this confrontation, actually I love all the Big Show and Rock feuds always entertaining.

Keep in mind his fists, the Big Show that is was capable of knocking out and shattering Robert Sawyer's jaw with just one punch, that was just a straight jab or short hook at best, and Robert Sawyer is 6'6 tall and weighs 280 pounds.

@southmatic Yeah ultimate face....except that they chanted rocky sucks at him and booed him continuously until Backlash. He only got pops in this segment because they hate the Big Show even more.

@southmatic - He was still a heel being the corporate champion actually (thats why they booed), but the crowd cheered for the lesser of two evils and liked the rock over Big Show. Gotta admit I loved this confrontation, actually I love all the Big Show and Rock feuds always entertaining.

@07liberian yeah that was funny, but big show is pretty good at talking trash also, he called the rock "pebble" hell naw that was so f'ing funny, and said he would face his big fist to his jaw, if that's not scary i don't know what is. Keep in mind his fists, the Big Show that is was capable of knocking out and shattering Robert Sawyer's jaw with just one punch, that was just a straight jab or short hook at best, and Robert Sawyer is 6'6 tall and weighs 280 pounds.

@07liberian nothing wrong with this fued, its like comparing Muhammad Ali to George Foreman, Rock was like Muhammad Ali getting under Big Show's skin, while Big Show was the no nonsense heavy hard hitter that said a few trash talks here and there but backed it up more physically, both great wrestlers and legends no doubt, the wrestlers today are mediocre at best.
