there are many mistakes but the biggest ones are that you say its an e-minor in the end. it's E-major7 (with the 5th string open)

and after the chorus it's also not e-minor but C-major

when you hammer on the open A string, is this what you do: strum the high strings up, then hit the open A, then hammer on the second fret of the A, then strum down on the high strings, then strum back up on the high strings, then go back the Am?

if not, can you please try to explain?

I understand both hammer ons that you do, I just can't understand what's going on around the hammer ons as far is strumming is concerned...

on the chorus when you say "pinky on the 3rd string" its actually the 4th string. g is the 3rd.

For the chorus part it is (C,D,G, F#) x 2, then on the third measure it is (C,D,G, Bm) then you go to (C, Bm, D)
