VSG413 thats how I feel too. I do love the japanese kaiju a lot. Nothing wrong with not liking the GTS kaiju. I guess since the GTS kaiju were more of a "it can happen" kind of thing I felt that in our world this is not far from true. I mean there are giant animals in our world now though not as much as there used to be. That's what I find fascinating.

@VSG413 I can see you prefer the original Japanese Kaiju but this series was still entertaining in its own way. As much as i love TOHO's creatures i prefer these. They are more realistic and reflect nature and the laws that nature CAN force on the earth. I always loved the scientific approach they took with the creatures each one unique and different from the last mutation. I love the Godzilla The Series monsters better.

This show had some neat monsters but a they were very stylistically similar. The artist is a bit too inflexible for my tastes. I'd love to see Matt Frank, or someone, redesign these characters and make them more unique and individual. I really tried to get into this show. But I just don't care about the "Zilla" character and what he does. And I found the show to be far too juvenile. Especially in terms of the dialogue, which was nothing but arguing, trading insults and dropping wisecracks.
