the hoops at Rucker ARE NOT lower than 10 feet. They're regulation. You have everyone from NBA players, to NCAA ballers, to high school phenoms, to streetball legends playing there in summer leagues. They wouldn't come out and play every year if those baskets were lower than 10ft.
