When I click on 'iPod' from the drop menu and then click 'Load iPod Firmware', it gives me an error that states, "error accessing iPod harddrive perimeters". please help me.

mi ipod starts but all that i had there is gone, but when i chek the ipods info, appears on its hard disk the space used for all my music an videos, but my pc and i tunes does not recognize it, and off course its not the data cable as some may think, a guy told me that probably its a software probem, but how can i fix this if the ipod does not connect whit the pc?

with 1.3 theres a function if not read on the ipod resource thread in the layout and resource section and to make the background black just make a black background >.>
