  • Depending on the exercises. For hanging raises...usually 8-12. I also do seated leg raises which I do for 15-20 reps per set. Once in a blue moon I throw in an ab circuit which I end with 1 min of lying bicycle twists.

  • I do some dynamic stretching pre workout 3-4 days per week and static stretching for 15-20 min at the end of my workouts 4-5 times per week.

  • No. Definition is just a matter of diet and being in a caloric deficit whether through diet alone or diet with cardio.

  • man what do you do for your traps? i couldn't help but notice them from the side when you where doing your leg raises with arms rested. i'm trying to build mine up to be viewed from the side.
