I have to comment that the GC controller is much much easier than the wiimote+nunchuck. Trying out both, with the GC controller I had no problem doing it.

I think the people who are having trouble don't realize that you have to keep the c-stick down when performing the up+z

It doesn't.

Turn shakesmsash on, then run and flick down and up. There you go. Or, use d-pad smashes.

(Besides wavebouncing) Anything you can do on a GCC you can do on a wiimote-nunchuck.

Keywords "flick down and up". How can flick two directions at the same time (actually it's within the space of 1/6 of a second but still)? And even if you could, the control wouldn't be responsive enough to react that quickly to your motion. Therefore, that still doesn't go against the fact that the GC controller is the best way to play (followed by Classic controller).

@SiLeNtDo0m actually, the controller can do it, the superwavedash with samus requires two different inputs crossing adjacent frames, 1/60 of a second to do two different inputs. it's possible, just a pain

No it's not. You need the Gamecube Controller or Classic Controller.

Oh so you do run down with cstick (dont know how) then do a dash attack (wich is run then a right?)
