And if you're talking about what Brennan said to Booth in the last episode of season 6 (I don't want to say it of else that will be a spoiler), Andy is a baby from a case. He's not related to any member of the Jeffersonian team.

He swallows a piece of evdience and has to be taken care of by Brennan (and Booth) until it is "recovered". Brennan really connects with him. He was so cute.

The preview for this week's episode shows Brennan saying 'I want a baby' and then telling Booth 'there's no commitment, I just want your sperm' or something close to that. It remains to be seen just how seriously things are going to go, but we can always hope!
