  • @sweetmee83 hell yeah! i'm glad you like it bro. there is another series coming out this month! be on the look out. in all honesty it seems that Target has them more frequently than wal-mart.

  • @Sniglet82 yeah! Im so excited about it :D Go to Barren Aarons site now, and you can see some of the new sketch cards in the new line :)

  • Baby Abie never made the cut, right? I think it was in bad taste anyway.

  • @Horrorshow655321 yeah that was the original reason it wasnt released. however, the latest series garbage pail kids flashback set that came out last march, has this card in it as a "previously unreleased" card

  • @Sniglet82 Whats your favorite gpk card?

  • @Sniglet82 Whats your favorite gpk card? published or not?

  • @under0e That would have to be Crystal Gale from OS4. completely. i love it!

  • They wernt cards. (well kind of) they were stickers. I stuck them everywhere. The bathroom park parents car bumper. You name it.

  • sweet, thanks for making this vid. was interesting to watch

  • @intavent awesome bro. glad you dug my vid

  • @linda65fleming why would someone want to convert my narration into an mp3? lol

  • very interesting, does anyone know if series 1 is worth anything?

  • @oakglenaltadena yes OS1 from 1985 is quite expensive. it varies in price but just ebay it and you'll see wots up

  • I have schizo fran!

  • Ya, I noticed that the newer art does not resemble cabbage patch kids as much... was this intentional for legal reasons.. or just complacent morphing over time? thanks

  • what is the value of the phil 'er up with the die cut variation?

  • What is the value of the FLAMIN' RAYMOND & HOT TODDY that have the box?

  • Great review !! check out my collection. thanks

  • Garbage Pail Kids ROCK LOLZ ;)

  • @pokemon92640 yes, they do win

  • 1:41 That's Formaldehyde Fred. It was released in the throwback edition as a previously unreleased card.

  • @Sammy4549 You mean "Flashback"?

  • @Sniglet82

    Yeah, that's it. Sorry.

  • Gorgeous George also features a smaller logo and oval die-cut.

I've that one in my lap right now. I also have bth Hot Head Harvey & Roy Bot, bth Crystal Gale & Meltin' Elton, Intense Payne and others. Theyre all in an album, I put them in baseball card sheets close to 20 years ago. Somewhere I have two of the same letter & # but w/ different names.

The change in eye shape was no doubt due to copyright infringement.

    Munny? Never heard of it.

  • i hav flamondraymod error card an dental hy gene error r they alot of money

  • @dapanda55smoot11 I wouldn't say they're worth a whole bunch of money. A little more pricey than a normal card. I'd say anywhere from $5 to $10 a card.

  • also @ 7:00 when he points out the #384 FLAMIN' RAYMOND "white box error", it too also occurs in some of the #384b HOT TODDY cards as I have the HOT TODDY ERROR card

  • @8:02 when he points out the vomiTED error on #459a, the error also occured on #459b juicey JULES. I looked @ my collection and can confirm this error occurs on some #459b cards also. Pretty cool!

  • About the guns and suicide issue that Topps had with a few cards, there was two cool cards; one from the 10th series known as "Shootin' Newton", which involved firarms, and another from the 11th series known as "Lynched Lyndon", which was suicide-themed. For some unknown and bizarre reason, "Lynched Lyndon" managed to make the 11th series.

  • @danucciguzman yeah, it's nuts to see how some of these themes made the cut while others did not. they should've just used them all IMO

  • The New Flashback series is out now!

  • yeah i know! i've already dropped $400 on the series. i've got about 20 silvers, 1 gold and a shit ton of pinks and greens. no plates or sketches =( i'm actually going to be making a video about the WATN in the flashback series here in the next week! keep your eyes open for it

  • I pulled a sketch card today of the baby puking, dont remember the name, but its drawn by jay lynch. I'm open for offers. Got a gold of Tiny Tim too

  • hmmmmmmmmm..... do you have an ebay account?

  • @Sniglet82 yeah its johne71 but can just be paid through paypal to avoid ebay fees. still protected with paypal shipping.

  • I used to collect those as a kid. I still have the cards from the 1st and 2nd series, including the Adam Bomb/Blasted Billy cards, but I threw out the rest long ago.

  • I found a hardcore GPK card for you. Mean Gene, He's a GPK with guns and explosives. So thought i would give you a heads up.

  • Hey, nice video. I wish that GPK did thing s even they wouldn't normally do. Also I was wondering where to find GPK cards, they are hard to find.

  • wat about the one that parodies farrah fossit

  • well, it was a cool card, but holds no "real" significance to the GPK history.

  • About the info on Haley's Vomit, the card (Series 1, Card No. 27b) Jenny Genius had that first.

  • And probabley another card tha caused alot of up-roar. Luke Warm or Hot Scott who looks like the devil.

  • Schizo Fran also went under the name Double Heather.

  • There's one Garbage Pail Kid card named "Chiseler Chad" who's the only GPK to have a green name bar, rather than blue, red or yellow.

  • this is true. There were quite a few other cards i had lined up for the vid, but when i was about to finish it ended up being like 15 minutes long so i had to cut some stuff out. I can't remember if Chiseler Chad was one of the ones that got cut or not, but you are very correct!

  • Chiseler Chad was not cut, as it made it to the 12th series, though.

  • i meant cut from my video

  • Oh, okay. But you are quite good at catching some trivia about those GPK cards in this video.

  • thanks man. i appreciate the compliments and i'm glad you like the vid. i've been putting it off for a year now but i plan on making my next vid on all the ANS artists. then i'll go back and do a OS artists vid. hoping to inspire more collectors in hopes we can get an ANS8 after the new flashback set comes out!

  • Nice, Can't wait for that ANS8 to come out.

  • excellent video sniglet, hey are you coming out with any other GPK videos?

  • man, i've been thinking about it for a while now. i've wanted to make a vid about the artists of the GPK but i've not gotten around to it. but yes, i've every intention of making a few more vids about the GPK

  • i have four versions of the adam bomb and i actually have a ada bomb card

  • I used to collect these like 13 years ago!!! I thought they were so fucking cool!

  • lunchpale gale is bloody

  • Wow I have all of those cards that you were reviewing except semi colon,( I have him as beasty boyd.) Now I know that some of my gpk cards are very rare. I have about 900 of the old series. My favorite one was bustin dustin. I still have them beacause im 10 years old. My father gave me some. Thanks for all those wonderful tips.

  • ive never cared about these but i was thoroughly interested by this vid

  • Very cool bro. Thats exactly why i made this video. GPK are one of those things that are really, really easy to get into. They're unique, there are LOTS of them and they're slap full of NOSTALGIA!!

    Kinda pricey too....

  • mate, I really enjoyed this video, it's incredibly well made tour through the cards which were such fun - my best card was vera vomit

  • Awesome! I'm very pleased that you liked the video! I'm fixing to start making some more in the next couple of weeks so keep your eyes open

  • omg those cards actually exists i thought that show was just bull shitting

  • lol yep, and they are expensive as balls too. MOst of them are anyways.

  • back in the 80's and early 90's werent. they were cheap. I still have a great stack of them myself both me and my sis collected.

  • that one card auctally for $1265

  • Are you referring to the Baby Abie acetate proof?

  • Thanks for that nostalgic moment Sniglet82. Just one question, Why did they change the name to garbage gang?

  • Good question! The Garbage Gang is actually what the garbage pail kids are called in Australia. Each country the GPK are sold in have a different name1. basuritas - argentina 2. gang do lixo - brazil, 3. les crados - france 4. Sgorbions - italy 5. Bukimi Kun - Japan etc. they are literally everywhere!!

  • Ahh, I'm from New Zealand and Australia is our biggest marketer, that's why. Gee thanks alot Sniglet, just another question. At the back of some cards, weren't there jigsaw pieces at the back of them to make another GPK? Been a long time, can't remember

  • Yep! Most of the series had puzzles on the back to make one big GPK! They even did that with a few of the ANS as well

  • nice work sniglet!
