- I had Starter but It really wasn't anything to it. I was going to go with Home Pre (Which Is On My Desktop) but it wasn't nothing to it either, So I got ultimate (Professional + Additional Tools Together)

@weejasonlnr Good Choice. Get the less expensive one that comes With Windows XP and then Upgprade to Windows 7

@ajabrams95 The dell mini comes with windows 7 starter where i live but i upgrade for better features like changing wallpaper cuz that will annoy me to know i cant change it

Can your run Youtube HD 1080p without frame dropping?

@adzez No. You can record them in Windows Movie Maker (Live or Vista Version)

Some 720p or 1080p videos are playable if they don't have many frames, but I can run this video in 720p without no problem.
