nice commercial, but all you have to do is just not pay 1 dime for 6 months then settle for %10 on the $ you save 90%. your credit score will not go down if you do it right.

if you have any debt that went to collection the must prove the debt to be yours ask for
a bill not a statement a copy of the original contract that you had with their corp. with your full and correct name (not in all caps)it is to include evidence of consideration signed under full commercial liability by one who can bind their corp. to contract.
be the people calling you wont know what you are asking for so talk to their manger. most important dont admit its yours or pay
