Do you guys have any idea what is going on in Bristol Bay? A proposed mine is under consideration in direct proximity of a lake that sustains the fishery. If this mine is implemented, serious consequences to the fishery would prevail. Bristol Bay is currently the largest salmon run in the world, and is virtually untouched by human intervention. If anybody cares about sustainability and the fishery, you should be aware of the Pebble Mine.
Bristol Bay Salmon have passes all toxicity tests and have been approved for unlimited consumption for even the most sensitive, such as expecting mothers.
Just think consuming fish is very bad for your health nowadays because of the pollution humankind causes, fish is full with PCB's.
Fishing causes massextinction of sealife and the stresshormones in the fish caused by being catched are a hazard to your health aswell, so keep on munching on your polluted fish, I won't say i told you so once you are vomiting your guts out and slowly die.

@05Dubb So you're tired of it. Does that mean you're actually going to DO something ABOUT it...?

Killing a fashion? how weird. Only if you have nothing to eat, really nothing than perhaps but in this time there is enough to eat without killing.

I don't consume fish/seafood either.... I think of fish as the "filters of the ocean". Their flesh can contain many toxins which are very unhealthy.

Sorry but I stopped consuming fish, even tough there is sustainable fising going on.
I would stop fishing if I was a fisher knowing what I know now.
The oceans are getting killed and I've taken my responsibility so I became a vegetariën.

every negative comment you make about these fish is making you a lesser human being. Keep on talking and spreading your nonsense.
