You collie looks like he's in his in between adult and puppy stage. i dont know what they call it but it "pomeranian terms" it called the Uglies or even the Monkies! LOL! Very Very cute collie. I had one for 15 yrs. i had to put her down two years ago due to age complications. Super great dogs. Now i got me a new partner in crime, a pomchi. Small but CuTe! :D
