Wow. Robin really goes there in this phenomenal new film. I am not a fan but I do support good acting. Very convincing! After the success of "Precious" with an abusive mom and daughter struggling to make it, this ought to hit home with black folks now willing to support a serious story-a deep and compelling drama that is a "close to home" character study.
