sure available but not here. Validation tests for real prototypes are pending. Here Google asks help idea which is submitted to Google and explained here. Details of the tech is a seprate issue (not a submission to Google), but only one of its application.
The reason must be obvious and understandable. thank you.

Sorry but not. System is capable of generating enough power you need to climb up hill by a strong and stable purely mechanical structure (for primary power generation).

No such thing as free energy, yes gravity will pull an object down, now how to you get it back up? Im sorry but you are proposing a perpetual motion machine and that is impossible. You CANNOT get free energy, energy has to come from something. Sorry, good idea bad though process.

The input energy is free. The output energy has a cost (machnery, services, maintenance and profits).
You won't pay for fuel here, that is free. Gravity itself is a force filed (source of energy) like the ocean wave moving towards shores. Also like wind but not a convection at this time.

oh, yes. Google Project 10100 looks like one of the greatst contest as for Google's 10th birthday. Google officials say nearly 150,000 ideas submitted. This submission is of the greatest idea, I think. Well done, 5* definitely.! I will join this exciting contest and vote on March 17th.
