I see... I don't think it's animal cruelty... The cat looks just fine with it. I think they used a player piano and that the cat's arms are not real... Look at the cat's shoulder width. Someone's probably under the keyboard moving the fake arms to the music while the cat's just chillin' by the keyboard.
