    リメイクみたいので再販してくれないかな・・・

  • Henshin Cyborg was a Japanese version of GIJOE reinterpreted into a science fiction context as oppossed to the US ARMY theme as the Vietnam war was going on at the time and it was felt thet GI Joe would not be popular in Japan as a result, so GI JOE turned into HenshinCyborg turned into MicroMan/Micronauts turned into MicroChange turned into Diaclone turned into Transformers...

  • @Padata3000 - as a side note, Henshin Cyborg was scaled down to smaller Microman figures in response to higher petrolium prices, and enabled more playset vehicle ability...

  • Beautifully done!

  • 作詞が「のっぽさん」じゃないか!

  • The Henshin Cyborg theme is made of pure awesomeness! (It's composed by SPEED RACER composer Nobuyoshi Koshibe.) Just like any Japanese hero theme from the 70s.

This music video is excellent! Awesome computer animation, too! You've captured the feel of the original toys.

  • 竹尾智晴→中尾隆聖

    これはいい歌ですね

    中尾さん声若っ!!

  • Shouldn't that be Henshin Android o,O or should we not get technical here...

  • There was a different Henshin character that was an android (Android A). Henshin Cyborg #1 is part human from what I understand...don't ask me how that works out, though(uploaded/transferred concsiousness, perhaps? Microman did that some later). I assume the clear parts of the body represent the parts that are organic. Something like that... can any HC#1 experts help explain?

  • Is he as much a cyborg at the Terminator o.O if so, I still classify him as an android.. :|

I'm not even going to start into uploaded consciousnesses and all that xD

  • Well, this guy was meant to be dressed up as popular superheroes of the period. (They had costumes of Mazinger Z, Masked Rider V3, and Ultraman Tarou, for example, for Henshin Cyborg.) You have the original Masked Rider (a cyborg) to thank for inspiring this guy! :)

And yeah, I would think that the transparent bodies were meant to represent organic bodies, much like an "Invisible Man" body model. Instead of bones and organs, it's cybernetics!

  • Oh, so that is how the Henshin Cyborgs are made! I always wondered about that, thank you!

  • Truly awesome! Excellent work!

  • much love here for the Cyborgs...

  • Excellent!

  • Fantastic work! Thanks for sharing it!
