Olbemann is not speculating, insulting, or making conjecture- unlike oreilly's treatment of Keith's father.

He published a biography, and has gotten millions from that "permission".

Keith never received royalties off of openly exploiting his father, and he has not attacked others on the basis of their own fathers. Billo is the hypocrite here.
