  • that was abit dirty

  • You seem to "psych" yourself up before the lift which obviously help, but doesn't all that squating make you a little tired in advance? Also when you start to pull your ass moves up quite a bit before the weight moves. Which probably/practically means that you could/should start with your ass higher up because that part of the movement doesn't do shit anyway. Each on their own however and I'm not here to complain so do what you want with it. I think the lift was awesome at 74kg bw anyway.

  • ... Not to mention in that kind of gym environment, imagine yourself in a real "athletic club" instead ;). Keep up the heavy work :D

  • Oh fuck this, I will comment again:

Personally I prefer to use front grip over alternate grip for repping because of balance, which is the reason that I for training switch over to straps when I can't hold the bar in front grip any more. But I saw that you alternate grips even with straps, do you really need that?

  • Sweet lift at that bodyweight. If only I could pull 200+ aswell :(

I don't see magnesium doing a great difference in grip strength, and I know that even at weight you can hold using your own grip makes you so much more tired, and as you say you can train your fore arms outside the deadlift if necessary.

  • Why ??... I´m in no use of that kind of grip strength any whay. And my Fore arms are great developed

  • Do yourself a favor and use chalk instead of wrist wraps.
