I have just started listening to some of Adele's music, this song, "One and Only", is one of the best pieces I have ever heard. Definately bound to be a classic. I am not sure why it is a deep cut, should be on top. her feeling put into this song is amazing.

i agree, her live performance and her voice sounds very much like the album, this means, they didn't over produce and engineer and fine tune her voice to make it sound perfect. unlike so many artists out there, their voices are engineered in studios, and they sound terrible live.
