Definitely flares and fireworks attached to the wing of an airplane probably for airshow purposes. The fact that the object keeps moving forward and turning and banking back and forth over a relatively defined airspace area strongly suggests that. At first it appeared to be a fighter dispensing flares and chaff, but the duration of the "demonstration" suggested otherwise. Great for July 4th celebrations.

Pretty good video...don't think it's Aliens but it is very hard to identify...so I guess Unidentified Flying Object does apply...For those wondering why they didn't pull over, it's because there is no place to do so! On the bridges spanning Tampa, FL with St. Pete, FL etc, have NO place to pull over except for emergency conditions. There are many signs that state that. Obviously this was not an emergency and when going 65mph + it is not safe to do so on a bridge.

Don't know what it is but I think it is a good video. It could be a hang glider like FloridaMUFON said that sounds about right, but there is something else that comes to mind (H.A.R.R.P). They say (H.A.R.R.P) can make large holograms in the sky, look it up and see what it can do.

This sighting was found to be a glider with sparkler effects on the wings. It is a common thing with pilots when demonstrating their gliders.
