Baltimore residents speak out against proposed Constellation/BGE merger

In my opinion BGE should've never been allowed to become "DEREGULATED"!!!!!

Then they were allowed to raise their rates by 72%!!! This was done by these crooked politicians who are voted into office many times by citizens who don't take

the time to really listen to the issues they claim they will fight for. They promise to do this and promise to do that instead of telling the truth that they 're not going to do anything for real once they get in office! I agree with Better Baltimore!!!!
