@DrgnFly0101 Minnesota averages around 25 tornadoes per year. Remember Minnesota sits by the eastern edge of what is known as the most conscentrated description of Tornado Alley. And during the time of no doppler radar, no telling how many tornadoes were never recorded out in the low population areas. There have been plenty of outbreaks that hit Minnesota well before this time frame. The April 3-4, 1974 12 state super outbreak happened in a time of climatic cooling. 148 tornadoes, and 6 were F5.

It was incredibly beautiful, unfortunately it was frightening to watch it destroy that farm place, at first I thought it would miss it to the south, which was why I was in shock watching what I was watching... Watching the awesome power of a tornado going through an empty field is "exciting."
