Hey! I have a question for you. I'm 20 years old. I want to gain big arms and chest. I have been currently using ON 100% Whey protein with my breakfast and after my workout. I've learned from your youtube videos that creatine is a good supplement to take along with whey protein. Can you please suggest me which is better, Creatine Monohydrate or a Creatine blend like Cellmass, along with the above mentioned whey protein?
Another cheaper way of reducing protein breakdown during the night is just drinking a casein shake before going to bed, or eat Quark (a type of food very high in protein and 100% of the protein are of casein). Works great + it raises your total protein intake that day. :)
Alright bud, firstly just wanna say thanks for the info/advice you've given in your reviews, i have problems believing what most people say about this sort of stuff, most of the time, because they have no idea what they're talking about, but you clearly know your stuff, which has been great, secondly, if you don't think this is the right creatine product, and you would rather recommend a pure creatine powder, can i ask what brand or (if there is) a certain type of powder that is more effective?

hi,cell mass is advised to be takin after a workout and also before bed,however the only time i get to train is in the evening,and im in bed not too long after training (2-3 hours) would it not be a bit pointless takin a serving right after training an then again a few hours later??? if so what would you recommend as an alternative?thanks dude

I started with cell mass today, but have some thoughts on the servings. They told me that you should take 0,3 gr. multiplied your weight on the first week and the following 3 weeks 0,0,3gr. multiplied your weight. Does this apply to cell mass creatine?? or how should I take it?? I m also taking it with de NO-xplode and syntha 6, 1 scoop after training of both.
i wanna take cellmass with truemass. how would you recommend that i take those two? take truemass right after taking cellmass? or the other way around.
@christophela i am considering getting this supplement. my 2 main concerns are if u take creatine u get a thing pugy layer of fat on outer part of ur skin and say u take this for a while and gain a lot of weight and then say u go off of it say for 4 weeks will u loose almost everything u gained with it?
@johnplayersstandard that depends tho doesnt it, some people have work in the morning and only have time for some oats or cereal or toast and cant make a huge breakfast so its better to have your carbs from your breakfast and some fruit and a big serving of protein.
@christophela That's why I wake up at 6am (2 hours behind) leaving for work ..gives me time to have my egg whites, oats, broccoli, multi-vit and make 3 meals for work :)...
I started using cell mass but stopped working out. I found it in my pantry and I want to start using it again as I am going to start to hit the gym. Its been about 30 days, but it suggests using it within a 30 day period, will it still be okay to use?
@thereecious I dont know, tell tale signs of it going 'bad' is if it has started to form big lumps within the powder, its due to the sugars and crap that they put in it.

Did you say in thid vid that it stops your musles from wasting at night, cos I find that I can work hard and bulk up, but in the morning they look like I have not done anything and thats really enoying.
@s4muraipayne this is probably due to many things, muscle wasting wont occur HUGELY after just one night, but things such as blood flow to muscle is poor upon waking up, lack of energy etc etc will make u feel kinda weak and ur body will feel slightly thinner or watever, once you have been up and taken a shower and had breakfast blood will be flowin and u should look a bit better

@JAT1519 I dont take cellmass any more but I take my whey protein in the locker room, take a shower, walk home, then have creatine. Protein first then creatine, protein is kick starting repair so shud be priority, its becasue ur supposed to take creatine on an empty stomach if poss, so just wait about 45mins after ur shake to take cellmass or creatine
@ash2092013 No dont take it with the protein, some amino acids that might be in your protein will fight for receptors in the body when taken together with creatine, so either the uptake of amino acids or creatine will be less effective try take creatine on an empty stomach
@thepeoplesq Well....I dunno cellmass is ok and is fairly simple to use if your the type of person that finds it hard to stick to things or likes less hassle then yeah i still reccomend this product just any other BSN products are not great.

I had insane results within 3 DAYS of getting this. Muscle is alot harder, stronger, hardly feel sore now cos the repair is so good, allowing me to train like hell every training session. I find with creatine you grab TRUEMASS or SYNTHA SIX to stack with this. syntha 6 i added 20g of pure WPI and that's my post work out "meal" after cellmass. Grape cooler is the best flavour.
well i finished my tub a week ago. jus make sure u got enough money to get the next tub. cuz i dont and now im losin my strength. it is a great product tho. i use to bench 200 and when i started to take cellmass i gradually got my bench press to 265. wish i had more to maybe get to the bigg 300 haha.
be careful with cellmass. I was taking that stuff for a week and stopped immediately. I did cardio one evening and had some cramps in my abdominal region, kidneys started aching badly. I did not notice any gains in muscle mass. I will no longer be a consumer of BSN, Gaspari, Muscle Tech etc. I am sticking to Tribulus because it works great for me.
@kimo Right after your workout, and before you go to bed. And on your off-days, right when you wake up and before you go to bed. It's not overdoing it really, because if you drink alot of water, you'll piss this CEE out. So you want to keep it in you.
Man, I still remember when I did cellmass like two years ago, that stuff was really great, never had any trainings like it before cellmass, after I used everything I wanted to get it again but they didn't sell em anymore at the store, so I did some other stuff. Never worked as good tho, no matter ALR or other brands. I think only App-nut would come close. Will get back on cellmass soon though, because they are once again in the stores! YEAH!!
i just got cellmass and volumizer from BSN. my height is 170cm and weigh around 58kg. will those two supplements help me much? considering i dont eat much, about 2/3 meals aday but sleep enough. ive been playing for few months, i got the cuts but i wana start bulking!

@Mobsterxx not the answer your probably hopin for but 2/3 meals is good for an average person, but for those looking to get bigger your gonna need to eat at least 5 times a day, that doesnt mean large meals i.e. a tuna sandwhich with an apple counts as one meal. these products might help you a little but not enough to see amazing results. for truly amazing results you need to address your diet, once you do you will not be disappointed. thanks for the encouragement
Hey awesome review man ! I got true mass and cell mass for BSN I am 5 foot 3 149 pounds 6.5 % body fat and hop[e to gain like 5-10 pounds:P But does a protein shake counts as a meal ?!
@tyme3drums Protein shakes can count as a meal yeah but try to include some carbs with it, summit simple like a bowl of veg with a nice healthy sauce like chopped tomatoes in garlic, or if you cant do that try buy some fine porrifge oats and put that into your protein shake and drink it.
@Mobsterxx - something that might help - i struggle to get my calories up - as i dont have a big appetite - but if u take a normal size shot glass and fill it with EXTRA virgin olive oil and neck it - do it maybe 4 times a day (depending on the amount of calories u want to add) will give u approx 1000 very good/healthy calories extra -- or mix it in with a protein shake - not as bad as it sounds and works well for bulking.
it's not bad at all for my age, i can workout without supplements but after a while i really had no motivation at all and i couldn't even bench 50kgs because i was so tired all the time, now when i take this stuff i feel so much more pumped, i recently buyed NO-Xplode, but im going to be extremely careful with it just so you know.
can i take this if im 14 n' 9th month? been taking creatine mono(Star nutrition) NAG(SAN) amino acids, my next buy is going to be EAA-X, i've heard it tastes good and gives amazing results, all that u want from amino acids, and instead of creatine mono, Cellmass, or should i maybe stick to creatine mono? i really want that pump that i won't get from star nutition, however, it works as it should but im not satisfied, i only want more pump that's all, increased muscle growth is a plus obviously.
if you want more pump try the natural amino acid L-arginine! trust me you should be able to get it from any health store and it works wonders. I have noticed increased vascularity (very much so) and because its just like a health supplement its cheap. 14 is a bit young to be bodybuilding but you are looking for the pump more than size, and weight training can have positive effects at ur age. for a good pump u need: plenty of water, Slow digestin carbs before workout.
okey thank you, i've been exercising since 13, i don't want to take steroids, or work as a bodybuilder, i just want to be strong the rest of my life, i've decided to stop when im about 16yrs old, between 16-17 for sure, the creatine and amino acids and works like a rumble ;p
@Dominionlord at the age of 17 your going to experience a steady increase in testosterone an this would be the perfect time to work for strength. maybe you should do a lot of research, everyone who starts out has a niave approach to muscle and what it takes to increase strength. people think liftin weights and takin a supplement will make then into the hulk. I know becasue i was like that once....heck we all were. if u carry on with this approach ur goin to be very dissapointed
how can i be dissapointed i have friends who got personal trainers at the gym, i got a instructor at the gym that i talk to regularly and they give me awesome advices, not sure many 14yr olds can lift almost 80kg in bench, however i am very pleased with my results, i strech regularly too and i keep a good diet, like much meat and potatos and all that stuff, i eat about 5 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, something between lunch and dinner, dinner and then maybe some bread and/or tea.
AVPT is the act of absorbtion of creatine, its just an absorption complex which helps creatines uptake into the muscles, Cem3 is the creatine matrix it has 3 types of creatine in it. so with out 1 the other is useless so neither one is better, And as a begginer to taking creatine (in the past) I found it a good kick start it gives you some good size but nowhere near pure creatine, but taking pure creatine takes some planning and dedication, cellmass is just add water n drink twice a day...simple

No you should still stick to the recomended serving sizes, the only time you should alter them is if you know you will need more say if you were tall and weighed 200lbs + then you would take more than the recomended dosage, it has nothing to do with age but more to do with body size, but for you i would say stick to the recomended amounts :)
Take cellmass 45 minutes before your workouts because it builds up in your body and then gives you energy to work out longer and harder. Longer and Harder workouts = you being stronger

yeah still twice a day on rest days too, this way you will saturate your muscles with creatine, well cellmass claims to help the body from going catabolic (which is not good for building muscle) and the time your body is most likely to go catabolic is while u sleep (due to not eating for a long period of time) so taking it right before you sleep will help a little
aye mate. im a teenager, (16 turning 17 this year). i know a fair bit about my proteins, bcaa etc. but i was wondering if i could take creatine, does it have any bad effects on teens?
I can give you my advice, but i always recommend consultin ur doctor if u have any worries (thats just to cover my back) Creatine has no known side effects i used it as a teen and i continue to use it in my 20's not once did i notice any side effects or ill health. We all have creatine in our muscles right now, so do animals etc, thats why creatiine can be found in red meats, it is a natural product and the body makes its own creatine but not in high enough doses to gain significant strength :)
Take a look at my creatine videos to see what to expect from creatine (which is what cellmass is) I dont know what u really mean by 'cut down' but there is no supplement that can help u shed fat, you are going to have to eat right and do some cardio (not too much tho) :) hope this helps.

Rest assured my friend cellmass has no stimulant that would cause anxiety. NO xplode on the other hand can casue jitters and the feeling of anxiety (learnt that from experience) and the extra nitric oxide in NO xplode can put extra stress on the heart, I can explain in more detail about nitric oxide if any1 is intrested.
you will have to take it twice, im not sure how the delivery system works on cellmass, but the reason for taking it twice is to top up the levels of creatine in ur muscles after workout, if u didnt then creatine levels would start to decline and u will be wasting time an money!!

IMO get rid of NO xplode u dont need pre-workout supplements waste of money. cellmass wouldnt make u fat especially if ur working out and ur a hard gainer, so go ahead and take 2 otherwise ur not getting enough creatine, if ur diets right but ur still not gaining add another serving of true mass and DROP NO xplode from ur diet which will save u money. i can give u a natural cheap effective pre workout food/supp if ur intrested?

yeah, if you class urself as a hard gainer, then id switch from a regular protein shake to a weight gainer that will add some solid calories into ur diet, creatine can help add mass really quickly as long as u take it properly, cellmass kinda takes the hard work outta taking creatine so u might see a weight/size increase. u need to really push urself in the gym and eat lot of calories per day to gain mass! if u dont go 100% in the gym ur likely not gonna see the results! I think you have ur supplements the wrong way round, ur currently taking nitric oxide supplements, and then asking if a creatine supplement wud be of any use! Nitric oxide just dilates ur blood vessels increasing the flow of blood to your muscles, some products do contain small amounts of creatine! but in essence u should be taking creatine = for size/strength, NO = pumps and vascularity! I am not a fan of NO products, I prefer supplementing natural NO production within the body via L-arginnine
I think u obviously should follow the guidlines that they give u, I think thw hole idea of taking it on the non training days is to saturate ur muscles with creatine ready for the next training day, the idea of taking it straight after workout is to replace the creatine that was used (altho the body makes creatine naturally) its so u keep ur creatine levels high at all times and therefore increasing muscle contraction intensity i.e. make u stronger!

I mix one scoop of cellmass with 2 scoops of white flood and drink it 30 min before workout and i go nuts in the gym. the pump and energy boost is incredible when they are taken together. if u do try it together then let me know how it goes for u. Cuz I've seen crazy results in just a week.

Cellmass= take straight after workout, then again before bed or 6 hours after the first dose! NO xplode is pre workout so take before ur workout only and if ur workout is at night time i dont reccomend that product as it will interfere with ur sleep! and sleep is golden for building muscle!

People assosiate Nitric oxide with energy! Nitric oxide relaxes ur blood vessels making them wider so more blood is available to ur muscles during exercise, hence why ur muscles swell! ur body will do this naturally without taking NO supplements, if it didnt we wud all prob pass out during exercise! the energy just comes from the caffeine they add into the supplements! Start supplementing with L-arginine to increase natural NO production and drink an energy drink-(far less caffeine same boost)
creatine can be used when cutting, without going into jargon! it helps ur muscles sustain higher levels of energy (ATP) available for muscle contraction, so it basically makes ur muscle a little stronger than b4 helping u lift more weight, or get one or 2 more reps, which in turn means bigger muscles, it also draws water into the muscle which will make them swell slightly, u will need to drink alot of water while on creatine! hope this all helps u! good luck!
Cellmass does have Splenda which is sweetner, sweetner is sucralose, sucralose isnt as bad as apartame, Most of ur fizzy drinks like coke lemonade all contain Aspartame! sweetner is not good for u, the same as too much sugar can be bad for u! In terms of cardio, after i finish my routine, i do about 20 mintues of cardio, and if i wait untl after in done my cardio then take the cellmass do you think it would work any less than if I took it right after my routine instead?
Take cellmass after your cardio right at the end of the workout! cardio moves blood away from organs such as ur stomach to supply the high demand that ur muscles have so cellmass will just sit in ur stomach. plus u will be using creatine while doing cardio so it is better to wait till u finish to restock ur creatine levels!

Oh okay. Only problem is after my workout then. I drink my proteinshake (+carbs) straight after my workout. Proteins and carbs are important to drink straight afterwards. How am I suppose to drink my cellmass after if I can't mix it with my protein/carbs mix? They are both supposed to be taken straight after workout.
this is what i do I take 20g of protein like in the changin room at the gym STRAIGHT AFTER workout, take a shower etc drive home take cellmass, wait about 30 minutes then have Syntha 6 then wait an hour then have summit to eat properly like a sanwhich etc. hope this helps? Chris
I bought it today and in the store they said I should take Cellmass first (straight after workout) then wait 20 minutes and take my protein shake, so that's what I did. It says on the bucket as well that I should do that "to ensure maximum results: wait 20-30 minutes bafter taking CELLMASS before eating a meal or drinking a shake"
i think your supposed to drink cell mass straight after your workout then have the protein shake about half an hour later ( thats what my friend does an he got amazing results)
No its not okay, Cellmass should be consumed on an empty stomach or at least an hour after a protein shake or 30minutes before a protein shake. hope this helps its a very good product!

supplements are NOT essential, you can gain a very good physique using extremely good diet, supplements like creatine give you an edge that u can't get from food.

Another cheaper way of reducing protein breakdown during the night is just drinking a casein shake before going to bed, or eat Quark (a type of food very high in protein and 100% of the protein are of casein). Works great + it raises your total protein intake that day. :)

Alright bud, firstly just wanna say thanks for the info/advice you've given in your reviews, i have problems believing what most people say about this sort of stuff, most of the time, because they have no idea what they're talking about, but you clearly know your stuff, which has been great, secondly, if you don't think this is the right creatine product, and you would rather recommend a pure creatine powder, can i ask what brand or (if there is) a certain type of powder that is more effective?

hi,cell mass is advised to be takin after a workout and also before bed,however the only time i get to train is in the evening,and im in bed not too long after training (2-3 hours) would it not be a bit pointless takin a serving right after training an then again a few hours later??? if so what would you recommend as an alternative?thanks dude

First, thanks for the time you invest in every review, they really help me to convert myself a huge fan of bsn products.
I started with cell mass today, but have some thoughts on the servings. They told me that you should take 0,3 gr. multiplied your weight on the first week and the following 3 weeks 0,0,3gr. multiplied your weight. Does this apply to cell mass creatine?? or how should I take it?? I m also taking it with de NO-xplode and syntha 6, 1 scoop after training of both.

Take it after a work out and at night time. You shouldnt need it in the morning BECOUSE YOU SHOULD BE EATING A BREAKFEST HIGH IN PROTIEN.

I started using cell mass but stopped working out. I found it in my pantry and I want to start using it again as I am going to start to hit the gym. Its been about 30 days, but it suggests using it within a 30 day period, will it still be okay to use?

@s4muraipayne this is probably due to many things, muscle wasting wont occur HUGELY after just one night, but things such as blood flow to muscle is poor upon waking up, lack of energy etc etc will make u feel kinda weak and ur body will feel slightly thinner or watever, once you have been up and taken a shower and had breakfast blood will be flowin and u should look a bit better

@JAT1519 I dont take cellmass any more but I take my whey protein in the locker room, take a shower, walk home, then have creatine. Protein first then creatine, protein is kick starting repair so shud be priority, its becasue ur supposed to take creatine on an empty stomach if poss, so just wait about 45mins after ur shake to take cellmass or creatine

@ash2092013 No dont take it with the protein, some amino acids that might be in your protein will fight for receptors in the body when taken together with creatine, so either the uptake of amino acids or creatine will be less effective try take creatine on an empty stomach

I had insane results within 3 DAYS of getting this. Muscle is alot harder, stronger, hardly feel sore now cos the repair is so good, allowing me to train like hell every training session. I find with creatine you grab TRUEMASS or SYNTHA SIX to stack with this. syntha 6 i added 20g of pure WPI and that's my post work out "meal" after cellmass. Grape cooler is the best flavour.

be careful with cellmass. I was taking that stuff for a week and stopped immediately. I did cardio one evening and had some cramps in my abdominal region, kidneys started aching badly. I did not notice any gains in muscle mass. I will no longer be a consumer of BSN, Gaspari, Muscle Tech etc. I am sticking to Tribulus because it works great for me.

Man, I still remember when I did cellmass like two years ago, that stuff was really great, never had any trainings like it before cellmass, after I used everything I wanted to get it again but they didn't sell em anymore at the store, so I did some other stuff. Never worked as good tho, no matter ALR or other brands. I think only App-nut would come close. Will get back on cellmass soon though, because they are once again in the stores! YEAH!!

@Mobsterxx not the answer your probably hopin for but 2/3 meals is good for an average person, but for those looking to get bigger your gonna need to eat at least 5 times a day, that doesnt mean large meals i.e. a tuna sandwhich with an apple counts as one meal. these products might help you a little but not enough to see amazing results. for truly amazing results you need to address your diet, once you do you will not be disappointed. thanks for the encouragement

@tyme3drums Protein shakes can count as a meal yeah but try to include some carbs with it, summit simple like a bowl of veg with a nice healthy sauce like chopped tomatoes in garlic, or if you cant do that try buy some fine porrifge oats and put that into your protein shake and drink it.

@Mobsterxx - something that might help - i struggle to get my calories up - as i dont have a big appetite - but if u take a normal size shot glass and fill it with EXTRA virgin olive oil and neck it - do it maybe 4 times a day (depending on the amount of calories u want to add) will give u approx 1000 very good/healthy calories extra -- or mix it in with a protein shake - not as bad as it sounds and works well for bulking.

can i take this if im 14 n' 9th month? been taking creatine mono(Star nutrition) NAG(SAN) amino acids, my next buy is going to be EAA-X, i've heard it tastes good and gives amazing results, all that u want from amino acids, and instead of creatine mono, Cellmass, or should i maybe stick to creatine mono? i really want that pump that i won't get from star nutition, however, it works as it should but im not satisfied, i only want more pump that's all, increased muscle growth is a plus obviously.

if you want more pump try the natural amino acid L-arginine! trust me you should be able to get it from any health store and it works wonders. I have noticed increased vascularity (very much so) and because its just like a health supplement its cheap. 14 is a bit young to be bodybuilding but you are looking for the pump more than size, and weight training can have positive effects at ur age. for a good pump u need: plenty of water, Slow digestin carbs before workout.

@Dominionlord at the age of 17 your going to experience a steady increase in testosterone an this would be the perfect time to work for strength. maybe you should do a lot of research, everyone who starts out has a niave approach to muscle and what it takes to increase strength. people think liftin weights and takin a supplement will make then into the hulk. how can i be dissapointed i have friends who got personal trainers at the gym, i got a instructor at the gym that i talk to regularly and they give me awesome advices, not sure many 14yr olds can lift almost 80kg in bench, however i am very pleased with my results, i strech regularly too and i keep a good diet, like much meat and potatos and all that stuff, i eat about 5 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, something between lunch and dinner, dinner and then maybe some bread and/or tea.

AVPT is the act of absorbtion of creatine, its just an absorption complex which helps creatines uptake into the muscles, Cem3 is the creatine matrix it has 3 types of creatine in it. so with out 1 the other is useless so neither one is better, And as a begginer to taking creatine (in the past) I found it a good kick start it gives you some good size but nowhere near pure creatine, but taking pure creatine takes some planning and dedication, cellmass is just add water n drink twice a day...simple

No you should still stick to the recomended serving sizes, the only time you should alter them is if you know you will need more say if you were tall and weighed 200lbs + then you would take more than the recomended dosage, it has nothing to do with age but more to do with body size, but for you i would say stick to the recomended amounts :)

yeah still twice a day on rest days too, this way you will saturate your muscles with creatine, well cellmass claims to help the body from going catabolic (which is not good for building muscle) and the time your body is most likely to go catabolic is while u sleep (due to not eating for a long period of time) so taking it right before you sleep will help a little

I can give you my advice, but i always recommend consultin ur doctor if u have any worries (thats just to cover my back) Creatine has no known side effects i used it as a teen and i continue to use it in my 20's not once did i notice any side effects or ill health. We all have creatine in our muscles right now, so do animals etc, thats why creatiine can be found in red meats, it is a natural product and the body makes its own creatine but not in high enough doses to gain significant strength :)

Take a look at my creatine videos to see what to expect from creatine (which is what cellmass is) I dont know what u really mean by 'cut down' but there is no supplement that can help u shed fat, you are going to have to eat right and do some cardio (not too much tho) :) hope this helps.

Rest assured my friend cellmass has no stimulant that would cause anxiety. NO xplode on the other hand can casue jitters and the feeling of anxiety (learnt that from experience) and the extra nitric oxide in NO xplode can put extra stress on the heart, I can explain in more detail about nitric oxide if any1 is intrested.

you will have to take it twice, im not sure how the delivery system works on cellmass, but the reason for taking it twice is to top up the levels of creatine in ur muscles after workout, if u didnt then creatine levels would start to decline and u will be wasting time an money!!

IMO get rid of NO xplode u dont need pre-workout supplements waste of money. cellmass wouldnt make u fat especially if ur working out and ur a hard gainer, so go ahead and take 2 otherwise ur not getting enough creatine, if ur diets right but ur still not gaining add another serving of true mass and DROP NO xplode from ur diet which will save u money. i can give u a natural cheap effective pre workout food/supp if ur intrested?

yeah, if you class urself as a hard gainer, then id switch from a regular protein shake to a weight gainer that will add some solid calories into ur diet, creatine can help add mass really quickly as long as u take it properly, cellmass kinda takes the hard work outta taking creatine so u might see a weight/size increase. u need to really push urself in the gym and eat lot of calories per day to gain mass! if u dont go 100% in the gym ur likely not gonna see the results! Hope that helps!

I think you have ur supplements the wrong way round, ur currently taking nitric oxide supplements, and then asking if a creatine supplement wud be of any use! Nitric oxide just dilates ur blood vessels increasing the flow of blood to your muscles, some products do contain small amounts of creatine! but in essence u should be taking creatine = for size/strength, NO = pumps and vascularity! I am not a fan of NO products, I prefer supplementing natural NO production within the body via L-arginnine

I think u obviously should follow the guidlines that they give u, I think thw hole idea of taking it on the non training days is to saturate ur muscles with creatine ready for the next training day, the idea of taking it straight after workout is to replace the creatine that was used (altho the body makes creatine naturally) its so u keep ur creatine levels high at all times and therefore increasing muscle contraction intensity i.e. make u stronger!

hey man so far ur one of the best reviewers on these.supplemnets/proteins shakes haha.anyways im 17yo and about 6foot n a bit and 77kg. i can bench press around like90kgs and beat most of the guys in my gym who r huge but i look skinny.
iv never used supplments/ protein shakes so im new to this shit, i just wanna get big i train around 5days a week so im not lazy and just expecting to b big. what do u suggest i use to get "big" im considering animal test or cellmas with no explode? cheers bud.

Thanks means alot, im trying to do another review for lean dessert an Axis HT. hmm 77Kg isnt much for ur height, im around 70kg an im 5ft 8'' (short arse lol) immediately im goin to point to ur diet, diet is crucial its always 70% diet 30% workout that gets the results....i'll send u a message with a few tips! I mix one scoop of cellmass with 2 scoops of white flood and drink it 30 min before workout and i go nuts in the gym. the pump and energy boost is incredible when they are taken together. if u do try it together then let me know how it goes for u. Cuz I've seen crazy results in just a week.

I've heard that no xplode and cm work really well together. I'm just curious when I should use them, If i work out in the evening? Do you use them one after the other like 30 mins before your work out, or take on in the morning and one in the evening?

Cellmass= take straight after workout, then again before bed or 6 hours after the first dose! NO xplode is pre workout so take before ur workout only and if ur workout is at night time i dont reccomend that product as it will interfere with ur sleep! and sleep is golden for building muscle!

I have to work out at night ( job) so what else can I use for energy like what NO gives me and still have decent sleep w/out having to take sleeping pills? Also, can i take this (creatine) if I am cutting??

People assosiate Nitric oxide with energy! Nitric oxide relaxes ur blood vessels making them wider so more blood is available to ur muscles during exercise, hence why ur muscles swell! ur body will do this naturally without taking NO supplements, if it didnt we wud all prob pass out during exercise! the energy just comes from the caffeine they add into the supplements! Start supplementing with L-arginine to increase natural NO production and drink an energy drink-(far less caffeine same boost)

creatine can be used when cutting, without going into jargon! it helps ur muscles sustain higher levels of energy (ATP) available for muscle contraction, so it basically makes ur muscle a little stronger than b4 helping u lift more weight, or get one or 2 more reps, which in turn means bigger muscles, it also draws water into the muscle which will make them swell slightly, u will need to drink alot of water while on creatine! hope this all helps u! good luck!

Cellmass does have Splenda which is sweetner, sweetner is sucralose, sucralose isnt as bad as apartame, Most of ur fizzy drinks like coke lemonade all contain Aspartame! sweetner is not good for u, the same as too much sugar can be bad for u! Just a heads up for people i love ur opinions n i dont want any arguements, I do a batchelor of science in Nutrition incld food microbiology, biochemistry, imunology, microbiology, food science, Laboratory studies, molecular bio, medical bio...so ask away!!

In terms of cardio, after i finish my routine, i do about 20 mintues of cardio, and if i wait untl after in done my cardio then take the cellmass do you think it would work any less than if I took it right after my routine instead?

Take cellmass after your cardio right at the end of the workout! cardio moves blood away from organs such as ur stomach to supply the high demand that ur muscles have so cellmass will just sit in ur stomach. plus u will be using creatine while doing cardio so it is better to wait till u finish to restock ur creatine levels!

True mass is a protein blend yes, containing varius high quality protein sources, such as whey (isolated and hydrolized), egg, and casein. it also has alot of carbs 70g a serving i think! Cellmass is a Creatine blend with glutamine and an uptake system, alot of people dont know that wen taking creatine u need a simple sugar source so it is dilevered more efficiently to the muscle! You're supposed to take CELLMASS right after your workout on an empty stomach then 20 minutes later, have your shake or meal.
Then you're supposed to have a second serving either 6-8 hours before your after your workout, again, on an empty stomach.

NO explode contains aspartame, not good for the body, it WILL cause tumors and problems in your retna, it also contains sodium fluoride, which gets inside your bones and breaks them down. continue taking this supplement and you will have tumors, eye problems, and bone cancer. a cheaper and more effective way to supplement is to take creatine powder, with L arginine pills, multivitamin and if you want the INSANE ENERGY like NO EXPLODE, just drink a cup of coffee, alot cheaper and safer.

This isnt NO xplode... Although i will check ur claims that it uses aspartame, aspartame is widely shuned by supplement companies so it wud come as a shock if a big company like BSN would use this in their products. especially since on most of the BSN products it has ASPARTAME FREE written on the front! but i will look into it

Nope all BSN products are aspartame free it uses Sucralose, or sweetner to you n me! Nor does it contain Sodium Flouride...why wud it?? it does contain sodium phosphate..which is used in muscle contractions..and sodium bicarbonate...which gives it its fizz...all fizzy beverages contain it! Thanks for tryin to helo tho, creatine powder and L arginine are still effective and multivitamins shud be taken by all bodybuilders and a cup of coffee just wont cut it dry 3 cups of BLACK coffee

sucralose and ascuflame potassium are the same as aspartame. same thing, diffrent name. and those artificial sugars contain sodium fluoride. look it up, dont argue until you do

Im sorry, I thought my last message was quite a pleasent one, didnt think i was being aggresive or trying to prompt an arguement, so if aspartame and sucralose are the same things why list them both on the ingredients of fizzy drinks (becaue they are different lol), sweetners are bad yes!, but so is too much sugar. hmm prehaps I should ask my Bioscience lecturer or my principles of human nutrition lecture r2mrw, n i wont argue untill i do lol. u have ne degrees? and water contains Flouride btw

Oh okay. Only problem is after my workout then. I drink my proteinshake (+carbs) straight after my workout. Proteins and carbs are important to drink straight afterwards. How am I suppose to drink my cellmass after if I can't mix it with my protein/carbs mix? They are both supposed to be taken straight after workout.

this is what i do I take 20g of protein like in the changin room at the gym STRAIGHT AFTER workout, take a shower etc drive home take cellmass, wait about 30 minutes then have Syntha 6 then wait an hour then have summit to eat properly like a sanwhich etc. hope this helps? Chris

I bought it today and in the store they said I should take Cellmass first (straight after workout) then wait 20 minutes and take my protein shake, so that's what I did. It says on the bucket as well that I should do that "to ensure maximum results: wait 20-30 minutes bafter taking CELLMASS before eating a meal or drinking a shake"

i think your supposed to drink cell mass straight after your workout then have the protein shake about half an hour later ( thats what my friend does an he got amazing results)

No its not okay, Cellmass should be consumed on an empty stomach or at least an hour after a protein shake or 30minutes before a protein shake. hope this helps its a very good product!
