Yes, you are free to speak, assemble peacefully, petition the government, worship any religion, or publish anything you like, so long as it doesn't infringe upon the rights of others. Westboro picketing a funeral, an event of reverence and solemnity, infringes upon that father and every family present. WBC is disgusting and truly needs to go away.
