Amazing man! I have a question: did you record the sound coming from your guitar port directly with cool edit pro, selecting the guitar port in the recording devices of cool edit?
Thanks for answering, man! I want to buy one maybe this weekend, and I wonder if it can be used just to record the sound coming from my pedalboard, without the Guitar Port adding any effects to the sound. I know it has tons of effects and presets to apply to your final sound, but I just want one as a means to record, because I already have my presets and my "signature" sounds in my pedalboard. Can it do that or you forcibly have to use its effects?
You know...that's a really good question...and I'm not sure I have the answer for it...sorry. :(
I mean...I think it may be possible, because I've plugged my wah pedal into it before between the guitar and the Guitar Port, and it's worked. I'm willing to bet that if you pick a normal clean guitar setting with no effects on Guitar Port, that if you use the pedal board, it should work...but I'm not 100% positive on that....
I mean that I'm pretending (sing like) I'm Robert Plant. I've been imitating his sound and style as long as I can remember. The rock-blues sound of Led Zeppelin has my favorite. Thanks so much for such a great cover!

I suppose that could be a side-affect of lots of Led Zeppelin pictures at once combined with one pretty cool song. :)
